Natural toys for little ones
Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Moonie. We'd love to send you a Moonie Humming Toy along with an additional Moonie product of your choice.
In return, we kindly ask for 2 photos and 1 video that we can feature on our profile (and we'll tag you, of course!). We'd also love for you to introduce Moonie to your followers. A post, a story, whatever feels most natural to you. Just remember to tag @moonie_eu.
To get started, please review the details below, sign the brief agreement, choose your products and provide your shipping address.
This agreement is entered into between:
Moonie Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with registered office at Łazanowicka 1A, 03-089 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000976123, NIP 5242942091, REGON 522243017, represented by its management board ("the Brand")
and
the content creator identified below, Instagram/TikTok: — ("the Creator").
1. Nature of the collaboration
The Brand provides the Creator with products free of charge (one humming toy + one additional product) in exchange for the creation and publication of content as described above. No monetary payment is made by either party.
2. Content to be delivered
The Creator agrees to produce and publish the following within 30 days of receiving the products:
- One photo of the product in its original packaging or styled setting
- One photo of the product with the Creator's child
- One short video (Reel or TikTok, minimum 15 seconds) showing the product in use
- At least one post or story on the Creator's profile tagging @moonie_eu
3. Copyright licence
The Creator retains full copyright over all content they create. By accepting this agreement, the Creator grants Moonie a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, share, and republish the content on Moonie's social media channels — including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — for promotional purposes, for an unlimited period.
4. Author credit
Moonie commits to always crediting the Creator as the original author when reposting or using their content. The Creator's handle or name will be visibly tagged in every publication by Moonie.
5. Content guidelines
The Creator agrees to tag @moonie_eu in all published content and use the hashtag #moonie. Content should be honest and authentic, and comply with applicable advertising disclosure rules (e.g. marking as #ad or #gifted where required by local law).
6. No exclusivity
This agreement does not restrict the Creator from working with other brands. No exclusivity is implied or required.
7. Acceptance
By ticking the checkbox below and entering their full name, the Creator confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement.

As a special addition, we'd like to include a second Moonie product as a gift. We'd be delighted if you could feature it in your content as well. Important: please present each product individually (rather than showing both Moonie products in a single photo).
